Affiliate Marketing Program Terms and Conditions
By signing up to be an affiliate in the Dudeily Affiliate Marketing Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please ensure that you read them carefully before signing up. These Terms are a legal agreement between Dudeily (“Dudeily”, “we”, “us”) and you (the “Affiliate”, “you”).
We reserve the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice. Any amendments, modifications, enhancements or changes to the Program, including the release of new features and resources made available by us from time to time, shall be subject to these Terms. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time at: www.dudeily.com.
Any violation of these Terms may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to be an Affiliate and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate referral fee payments earned during the violation.
Account Registration & Terms
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the sign-up process for an Affiliate account (“account”). You must be 18 years of age or older to join this Program. Each account is for use by either a single legal entity (e.g. a company or a partnership) or an individual user. You may not share your username and password with any other person or with multiple users on a network. Responsibility for the security of login credentials rests with you.
You may not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Referral Links & Promotion
Upon registration, you will receive a unique referral URL to use in promoting Dudeily. It is your responsibility to ensure your links are correctly formatted. We may also provide promotional images that you may not alter. These may change without notice.
You are responsible for your website’s content and operations. Bulk email campaigns featuring Dudeily branding are prohibited unless pre-approved. Misleading claims or press releases about our relationship are not permitted.
Referral Fees
To earn referral fees, customers must sign up via your referral link within 90 days of clicking it. Only tracked links via cookies are eligible. Referral fees equal 15% of our revenue from referred customers who make a full payment. No fees are earned if customers aren’t tracked or if payments are refunded.
Payment
Referral fees are paid via bank transfer once per month, only when your accrued total reaches USD 50. You must invoice Dudeily to receive payment and provide valid banking details. No checks or alternative payment methods are offered. Refunds, chargebacks, or fraud disqualify commission. Statements are available in your affiliate dashboard.
Customer Definition
Customers referred through the Program are customers of Dudeily. All policies related to pricing, service, and support apply to these customers, regardless of the affiliate source.
Pricing & Availability
Dudeily determines all product pricing and availability. You should avoid listing specific prices on your website due to potential changes.
Copyrighted and Trademarked Material
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional content complies with all copyright and trademark laws. Dudeily is not liable for any infringement by the affiliate
Term & Termination
This agreement starts upon your acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate at any time via email notice. Upon termination, any unpaid legitimate earnings will be paid, and all promotional materials and links must be removed immediately.
Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any reason, including misuse, fraud, or unethical marketing. Upon termination, any unpaid or future commissions may be forfeited
Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates an agency, partnership, or employment relationship. You may not bind Dudeily or represent yourself as part of the company.
Limitations of Liability
Dudeily shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, goodwill, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to you in the 12 months prior to a claim. This does not limit liability for fraud or matters not permitted to be excluded by law.
Arbitration
Disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in England and Wales under the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision will be binding and enforceable.
Notice
All notices must be sent to dudeilyus@gmail.com. We may contact you at the email provided during sign-up. Notices are considered received 24 hours after being sent.
