We partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment service, to bring you high-quality owl-themed apparel and accessories with free shipping across the USA.

1. Order Fulfillment

All orders are processed and fulfilled by Printful within 2–5 business days (depending on the product).
Once your order is fulfilled, it is handed over to the carrier for shipping.

2. Shipping / Delivery Time

Orders are shipped via Free Standard Shipping.
Estimated transit time: 3–6 business days within the USA.
Total estimated delivery time (Order Placed → Delivered): 5–11 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs

All orders within the USA qualify for free shipping.
No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with a tracking number emailed to you once shipped.
Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Customs and Duties

This policy applies to USA orders only.
For international shipments, customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact our support team at support@dudeily.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, a replacement or full refund will be issued at no extra cost.

7. Important Notes

All shipments are handled by Printful’s USA fulfillment centers.
Delivery estimates include both handling time (2–5 days) and transit time.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
