🦉 Dudeily Return & Refund Policy

At Dudeily, we create eco-friendly, owl-themed apparel and accessories.
Because all our products are made-to-order in partnership with Printful, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
For lost packages, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please include the following details:
✔ Your order number
✔ Clear photos showing the issue (damaged area, wrong item, etc.)

Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

2. Wrong Size Ordered

All items are made-to-order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size or color.
Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
If you need sizing help, contact us before placing your order.

3. Order Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, production begins, and we may not be able to make changes.

If canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued.

4. Return Address (For Eligible Returns Only)

If your return is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, please use the following address:

⚠️ Please do not send returns without prior approval — unapproved returns may not be processed.
All returns are handled by Printful’s USA Fulfillment Center.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please contact us at support@dudeily.com before returning any items to confirm eligibility.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
❌ Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind)
❌ Wrong size or color ordered
❌ Personalized or customized items
❌ Sealed or hygiene-related products (e.g., face masks)
